We chose to renovate an existing villa rather than build new — a deliberate choice to limit our ecological footprint while restoring something of lasting beauty to the Benissa hillside.

Solar panels on the roof generate the villa's own energy. Heat pumps and low-temperature heating keep the villa comfortable without compromise. And for your morning ritual, we've partnered with Café Saula — Catalonia's first CCPAE-certified organic coffee brand, because the details matter, even in your cup.
